What happens when you use the interest form

The details are used to take steps you request before any service could be agreed; the consent box confirms permission for a reply by email. It is not used for marketing. The enquiry is not a booking, an accepted offer, or an agreement to buy a property or use a service. No services are sold and no payment or commission is taken during this preparation phase.

How information is handled

Your enquiry is handled as a request for information and possible next steps before any service is agreed. Daniel keeps the correspondence only as long as it is useful to reply and manage the enquiry, and for any recordkeeping required by law.

Daniel receives sent messages at the contact email shown on this site. Your email provider, the website host and the Polsia media CDN may process basic technical information to send the message or deliver the pages and regional image. Those providers may process information in other countries under their own terms. Daniel will not pass your enquiry details to a property agency, lawyer or notary without discussing that with you first.

Optional page measurement is disabled for this website. It does not save an analytics identifier in browser storage or send a page-view beacon. The hosting platform may still process basic technical request data to deliver and protect the site.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for a copy of your enquiry information, request a correction or deletion, or ask Daniel to restrict how it is used. You may also have rights to object to processing or to receive information in a portable format, depending on the circumstances. Use the email address above; Daniel may need to verify your identity before responding.

You may also withdraw the permission to contact you about an enquiry by emailing Daniel. This does not affect processing already carried out. The website does not make automated decisions about you.
